it’s just been a month I purchased iPhone 11 and it’s battery health drained to 99%

Hello, Its ok, battery degrade over time. Its normal for a battery to decrease 1-2 percent on average depending on your usage per month. Make sure you have optimised battery charging turned on and also use only apple certified chargers and cable.
