I have iOS 12.5.5 how can I update to 13 ?

The iPhone 6/6 Plus does not have the required hardware to update to iOS 13 or higher. The highest possible for that model is iOS 12.5.5.

Some apps I need to update is telling me I must have iOS 13 .. so in other words it’s a new phone I need Which that’s not gonna happen
In that case, you won't be able to use those apps any longer.
