new Macbook - Trackpad and Keyboard not working

Hi. I recently purchased the new Macbook Pro 14 with M1 Pro. Today mid-work my keyboard and touchpad stopped working. I did a hard reset (holding the power button) but after the reboot, nothing has changed. I even tried to boot to safe mode but still, my touch pad and keyboard are not working.

Side note: touchpad also became very stiff - not clickable at all.

What are my options?
