Macbook Air M1 keyboard and trackpad not working after wake up from sleep or idle

My Macbook Air M1 has a problem where the keyboard and trackpad is not working when waking up from sleep or idle, the keyboard light turned off and the trackpad haptic is not working also, the only thing that works is the power button on the top right.

This problem is there since last week until now, I didn't installed any new program. I tried updating the MacOS version to Monterey 12.2 but the problems still there. Also already do run Disk Utility Repair , Apple Diagnostic, but there is no issues detected.

Please help because this is really annoying, thank you
