Why are my Instagram notifications coming in silent-no sound with notifications-I don’t know there is a notice unless I actually look at the phone -I have checked all of the settings and all are turned on-also my volume is low when I already have it turned up to the highest-is this a technical issue to have for my phone (12mini) only?

If this happens with you in the Instagram application only, I suggest you delete the application and redownload it, but before you do so, go to the App Store and make sure that the application is updated to the latest version.

Did you go to Settings > instagram > notifications and made sure the notification sound is activated
Hi yes I went to all settings-so weird because I was getting the sound with the notifications prior
