Recently, I can't group text when someone has an android. I have always been able to, and I can't send android users pictures. I have the SMS and MMS on. Is it because when I am home, I don't have cell service and I am using the wifi? I am able to send other iPhone users pictures and group text them. I have a cellular plan is there a setting I can change?

Correct. MMS requires a cellular data connection; it can’t use Wi-Fi unless you have Wi-Fi calling enabled on your phone. And that only works with some carriers.
