How do I sync my music from MacBook Pro to iPhone 11?

How do I sync my music from MacBook Pro (Monterey) to iPhone 11? I can't find how to link the devices over wifi and I have no idea if I even have a USB cable. Each feature I've viewed tells me I need to link the devices, but I rely on iCloud for everything else and it doesn't seem to include music.
