Time Stamp of Scanned Document

I need the time and date of a scanned document in the notes app. not when the note was created but the specific time and date for a specific scan.

Scan and Save it under Files App under iCloud Drive.

Locate the Files and Touch and Hold. A menu will popup

Tap Get Info.
