I can’t reinstall my macOS

I came across a flashing folder with question mark on my MacBook screen after opening it. I restarted it and press command key + R after turning it back on. It made me choose a network and after that it started to load. And then, I come to a tab where there are options to Disk Utility and Reinstall MacOS. What should I do?

Choose " Reinstall macOS ". This will only work if there is an active and functioning reliable and stable Internal Connection.

Preferred connection for this procedure would be by Ethernet Cable to Router.
