Hi, I have iPhone SE with version 11.2.5. and I want to upgrade my software version to version 12 or 13, because most of apps don’t support below version 12. But system give me option to upgrade for only version 15.3.1.
Is it possible to upgrade version 12 or 13?

No. None of those older iOS versions are signed by Apple for installation. iOS version 15.3.1 is the current update which you will have to install if you want to.
