Why am I getting a email from Apple Developer stating that congratulations and welcome to the developer community and that my credentials are attached to the email and also welcome to the App Store Connect

Why am I getting a email from Apple Developer stating that congratulations and welcome to the developer community and that my credentials are attached to the email and also welcome to the App Store Connect ? In my system it says that 10.5 gigs of apps have been deleted, but I still have all of my apps it looks like.

It isn’t from Apple. It’s probably a phishing email to steal your identity→Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

No, it didn’t; it took you to a lookalike App Store connect; if you examine the URL carefully you will see that. If you entered any personal information, consider it compromised data and change your Apple ID password immediately, and enable 2 factor authentication on your Apple ID if you don’t have it already. If you entered any payment methods cancel them immediately.
