اريد منك الذهاب إلى الاعدادات < البريد < الحسابات <قم باختيار الحساب الذي لا ياتيك منه رسائل البريد < قم باعادة ادخال كلمة المرور اذا كان يطلب منك ذلك كما تاكد من ان البريد قد تم تفعيله لهذا الحساب .
وتاكد من ان نمط الطاقة المنخفضة غير مفعل .
