Photos won't import my photos from my new iPhone 13ProMax. Stuck on 'Preparing to import from "iPhone"'. It says iPhone under Devices in Photos, but that is not the correct name.

Problem Solved! For some reason, when I turned off "Allow Others to Join" under the Personal Hotspot setting, my iPhone appeared in Photos under devices and I was able to import my photos.
