Go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud and turn on Private Relay (you will need to purchase the 99¢ per month iCloud upgrade if you don’t have it already). That will protect your web access. Your email and data from your apps is already encrypted end-to-end, so the fact that the network is unsecured is not really a risk.
