I don't want Siri announcements during Focus, or when my phone is on silent and earbuds are in.

1) Is there anyway to get Siri to stop giving announcements when the phone is in Focus mode? Seems totally against the point of Focus mode that Siri constantly interrupts you.

2) I have my phone on silent and my earbuds in. Whe is Siri relentlessly announcing incoming text messages from people? If my phone isn't on silent, fine. But when it's on silent, I don't want announcements. Again like with the above, "announcements" during "silent" mode is a contradiction.
