I appreciate you getting back with me, but that’s not it. It is flashing an orange yellow color, not red, and it is not recording my screen.
In that case there is no documentation to support it.

Does any app open when you tap the orange time bubble?
No. I ended up shutting the phone down through settings and then restarted and everything seems ok now. Still don’t know how or what happened.
Also, my power button has stopped working for some reason.
