Phone keeps restarting by itself

I have tried lots of things including hard rebooting the phone and even wiping it, I have a software update that might be the problem but the problem is the phone restarts while it’s updating please help

The problem may be a failing battery, click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
