IPhone has been hacked

Ive been struggling with my IPhoneX. I had a suspicion that I had been hacked and was trying to clear my phone by myself over the last month. I don’t know what I’m doing. Tonight I found an unauthorized device listed and I was able to delete it and change my password to hopefully keep them out. Someone was tracking me when I left my home and I was able to stop that. What is my next step? New phone? Wipe this one out and reload?
