How do i use safari passwords on another Mac high sierra on both macs

So are the Safari Password stored in a Third Party Application like 1Password ?
I don't use third party apps. The point is that this Mac is from 2010 and i'm worried it'll stop working anytime.
I do have a second Mac (21'5 2017 retina) with a cloned OS from the 2010 Mac but the clone dates back to 2017 and i don't have all my 2010 safari paswords on the 2017 Mac. I have 2 external clones from both Macs but i believe clones don't clone paswords

I knew about icloud of course but i was looking for other ways but i guess there aren't any.

If the passwords where in the 2010 iMac when the passwords were present in the 2010 iMac and a Clone was used to Migrate everything into the 2017 iMac - the passwords should have come across.
