Free Apple TV

How can somebody register for the free Apple TV that comes with a new Apple iPad if they don’t have a credit card

If that does not help, then you need to use the Get Support link at the top of the page to contact Apple Support and speak to them.

when you buy a new iPad there is a free three month trial subscription for Apple TV. However, in order to get this trial you need to submit a credit card or PayPal account number. The person who bought the iPad does not have either and also I was willing to use my credit card the system does not allow a third-party so my credit card was rejected. My question was is there another way that I would be able to get his three month trial subscription without him having a credit card.

I do not know what Apple’s current rules are, but the person would need to set up anApple ID account without a payment method. There used to be a way years ago, but I cannot find that option now. I suggest they contact Apple support for an answer. Use the link in the upper right corner.

Are you possibly referring to Apple TV+ subscription. I'm not aware of any current feature to receive the Apple TV for free when you purchase an iPad.
