Mac book Apple-ID problem

Hello,

I wrote wrong password to my MacBook Pro too many times. I can now logging in to my computer, but my Apple-ID is not active. When I try to reset my password at Iforgot.apple.com it’s only comes up this Apple-ID is not active. Some out there who knows what I can do?
