What to do if I forget my password for my Apple ID and iCloud?

good evening! Want to know what to do if I forget my password for my APPLE ID and iCloud?

as soon as i forgot the password i enter my iCloud access email and i enter my phone number he shows me my apple id / that a 6 digit code is sent there but i am not there because i don't remember the password from the apple id / iCloud

that I handle this situation?
