Is it possible to use my iMac 2019 5k display as monitor for my MacBook Pro M1 .if so how do we do it ?
It's not possible to use it as a monitor. However, if you are running Monterey on both you can AirPlay your MBP to your iMac.

There may be some latency but otherwise, yes.
