What if there’s privacy warning

my iPhone is disabled but I would like to get my photos off it to my iPad..how do I do that…

If it's disabled, you cannot. Once disabled, there is no way to access any data within it.


If you had a backup to iCloud or iTunes / Finder then the photos may be there and you can restore that backup to get the photos.


Alternatively, if you were using iCloud Photos, the phots can be found at https://icloud.com
