How to restore previous whatsapp backup from icloud?

Recently, I had to reinstall whatsapp on my Iphone XS Max.

Before that, I made a full backup using Whatsapp to icloud storage.

Then, I reinstalled whatsapp and accidentally I made a new backup overwriting previous whatsapp backed up on icloud.

Now, when I try to restore my backup, Whatsapp show me the lastest (and unuseful) backup.

How can I get the previous/older backup?

Already tried unsuccessfully:

iMyFone

iTunes (no backup available on my local hard disk)

Any suggestion? tips? tool?
