SCANNER DONT WORK

My MacBook Air 11.6.1 can no longer find my scanner on CANON MG6800 series Air-Print,

I am getting an error message application “Canon IJScanner15f” can’t be opened.

Failed to open a connexion to the device (-21345)


Though the Printer is working fine.


What cshall I do?

If you are using the Canon proprietary software, then check to see if the Canon software has a more recent version. Check the Canon support website for information.


Also, you should update macOS since you are on an old version of Big Sur. The current version of Big Sur is 11.6.4 IIRC. Maybe updating Big Sur will resolve the problem.
