Lost my iPhone

I lost my iPhone and when I wanted to sign in again on another device with my previous iCloud,they ask for a verification code that will be send on my number,but I lost my number too and I can’t get the verification code,I did the procedure for change my number with verification by my master card,told me that I will get the answer on my iCloud

and I don’t have the access to the mail
