Purchase could not be completed

My in app purchase was approved and I had sufficient balance in my Apple ID, however, it kept on stating that the purchase could not be completed and requested me to contact apple support. I had tried to change and update my purchase methods and information, but the problem still persisted. Does anyone else face this problem and have a solution out of this? It has persisted for 4 days.

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. Only they will know what the problem is or how to fix it.
