My iphone is out of storage.

1. How can I permanently delete apps and the related data.

2. How do I transfer photos/videos from icloud to my Windows computer?

To answer your first question. Go to your Home Screen< then hold down on the app that you want to delete from your device<Select delete app


To answer your second second question try this link: Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or PC - Apple Support
