Swap the SIM.

Here is how: Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone - Apple Support

If the iPhone is carrier-locked, the iPhone will either need to be unlocked by the carrier, or the new SIM for the same carrier.

If that swap doesn’t work, check with the carrier.
