Download Windows Migration Assistant for MacOS Monterey

I am looking to transfer file from my windows to Mac but I can't seem to download the Windows Migration Assistant for the MacOS Monterey

Download migration assistant for your windows PC
Open it up, and find both devices on the screen (be sure to use same WI-FI)
Click as the screen tells you to do so

I have one other very important comment to share. Do NOT use Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is too slow for these very large files and it often fails, or the data gets corrupted. I know that the instructions say that Wi-Fi is an option, but I would only use a wired USB connection. Then you should be fine.
