Settings app missing ios 15.3.1

The settings app disappeared from my partner’s iphone SE (the old, old one) a while back. I’ve seen a few suggestions of a fix involving resetting the Home Screen in the settings app (which I can locate with the finder) but the option doesn’t seem to be available in this version of iOS. I can only get to an option to reset the whole phone.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Use App Library to search Settings app, see this Apple article:

If you have find the app, tap & hold the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.
