Ihave an imac late 2015.It does not seem to listed as suitable for Monterey but they keep offering updates. I currently have cataina. Should I update?

The Late 2015 iMac is eligible. I've had my Late 2015 21.5" Retina operating on Monterey since the day it was first offered.. Currently running 12.2.1 flawlessly.
