ECG on Apple Watch and Irregular Rythm Notifications
Is it possible to take and ECG or have irregular rythm notifications on the Apple Watch from Cameroon ? If not what do we need to do to make it available In this region?

Your government essentially has to get the Apple Watch approved as a medical device. There is very little Apple can do to influence this process.
