email asking to check credit information

I received an email from "\"iTunes Store\"" <do_not_reply@itunes.com>  saying

On 03/16/2022, you are scheduled to be charged $1.29 for iCloud+ with 50 GB GB

of storage, but there is a problem with your payment information.

Is this phising/scam/etc. and why the repetition of GB is the sentence?
