Podcast Login Issue

After logging in to the Apple Podcasts page, I can never get past the terms and conditions because it tells me, "An error has occurred. Try again later." Any ideas?

What does the error message mean when setting up an Apple Podcasts Connect account? I already had a podcast on Apple but had to delete it. I have a new RSS feed for the same show, but it has been 12 days since I submitted it to Apple to review and post through Buzzsprout. It didn't take this long before. I tried signing into Apple Podcasts Connect, and I was prompted to set up my account, but I am 90% sure I already did that. When I fill out the info, I get the following error messages. What do they mean?

podcast connect error message on terms and conditions I am trying to send a podcast episode via the Apple Podcast Connect process, but at the landing page I can't get past the terms and conditions page. Each time I select that I accept the terms and conditions it says 'There is an error on this page. Try again later' except it hasn't gone away for days. There is clearly an issue. I tried contacting Apple Chat Support, and after 2 phone calls they claimed by Apple ID was fine to be connected to Apple Connect, but then when I got this error, the person on the chat told me it was PC or browser, so I switched to my Apple computer and tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox, all showed the same error message. I cleared history and browsing data......I'm confused. Surely this process shouldn't' be this hard!
