Using Apple Cinema display with the new Mac Studio

Hi. Is it possible to use an older Apple Cinema display with the new Mac Studio so long as you have the right adapter?

yes, exactly right.

Do not even THINK about "stack"-ing adapters.

• if the display has a single input cable, it is a ThunderBolt device and needs the Apple ThunderBolt-3 <-> Thunderbolt-2 adapter.

• If the display has an input cable with another one or more INPUT connectors on it, it is a DisplayPort device, and needs a much less expensive third-party Mini DisplayPort adapter. The ThunderBolt adapter will NOT work with a DisplayPort display.
