No wifi showing up/available on MacBook Pro

Wifi works perfectly fine on iPad but My MacBook Pro does not show any available wifi connections in the wifi system preferences option. I am currently connected on another Apple device next to it so I know this is not a wifi problem. I have tried to restart so many times and no wifi is showing up. I have followed YouTube videos but not helping, please help.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5

Verify your wifi card hardware is recognized by your system info— if not you have a hardware failure...
