I'm not able to transfer songs from my laptop to iphone XR tried reading comments on how to do it... restarted my phone and the laptop with windows 10
anyway someone from Apple can guide me????????

Open iTunes
Connect your device
Navigate to the device within iTunes
You'll then have options for music, books, photos, etc.
Select music
Select songs/playlists to sync
Select sync
