Stolen phone/apple id sign in

i have a stolen iphone 8 plus. Someone tried to sign in my apple id from a location different than mine when i change my apple id password (from another state). I clicked don’t allow. If it shows up again, should i click allow and call apple so they can track my phone? Cons/pros? Thoughts? Should i file another police report? Please help

Absolutely not. You should not grant access to your device. Change your password.
