How do I turn “Hide My Email” off on my IPhone SE and my 3rd Generation IPad?

“If you no longer need an email address, you can go to the Hide My Email section in Settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and tap Deactivate to temporarily stop using it. If you decide you need it again later, you can tap Reactivate. Or if you won't need that Hide My Email address in the future, you can delete it permanently.”
