I understand that you would like to backup your iPhone, to iCloud, using cellular data instead of Wi-Fi. You can do that if you have an iPhone 12 or an iPhone 13 AND have 5G cellular service. If you have an older iPhone or do not have 5G service then you will have to use a Wi-Fi Network to backup your iPhone to iCloud.
