Don't see Erase All Content and Settings on my MacBook pro

How else can I erase all content of my old MacBook.

The new one shows the options under system preferences however....just not where it supposed to be on the old one (year 2015)

Unfortunately, “Erase all Content and Settings” is not supported on MacBook Pro (Early 2015). Instead, you need to erase your Mac and reinstall macOS:
