Upgrade Memory and SSD - Configurable SSD HD and Memory

Dears,


I have MacBook Air (M1, 2020) 8 GB RAM 256 GB SSD HD, still under warranty, I would like to upgrade it to 16 GB and 1 TB, is it only replacing the SSD drive and add more memory? or this will void the warranty ?


and any recommendation for SSD type/brand and memory bran

It is not possible to upgrade any element of a new MacBook Air. If you need or want more RAM or SSD storage, you will need a new unit.
