Region change

Hello.

I moved to another country and can’t change my country at Apple ID, cause I have some subscriptions (Apple and another). Can I change region when official Apple subscriptions expired, or I need to wait when expired all of them?

when I try to change region I see notification “you can’t change region, because you have active subscribe at Apple One/Apple Music etc.”. Thanks a lot for help.
