Childs HomePod w/ Restrictions playing Explicit Music

My sons HomePod mini, although linked to his account as a Child with restrictions all turned on from both his iCloud account and within the Home app (and my Screen Time) intermittently plays Explicit content?

Its linked to his voice as well but if he asks for example a genre specific radio station, the songs will come through as Explicit. Or if he chooses a Radio Station via the Music app it will also slip through?

Anything Explicit on the front page of Apple Music is greyed out how it's suppose to be, but once he calls out certain things, the music will play Explicit.

Is this a bug? The HomePod is updated and running 15.4
