I would be grateful if you could help me with this. I have forgotten my password for my notes on notes apple also activated Face ID do them but it doesn’t work my Face ID too. There’s no way to recover my locked important notes. I do not know what to do.

If you use your Face ID to encrypt your notes then try using the same passcode you used to enable Face ID.
Note: There's no way to unlock your notes if you forgot the passcode.
You can try as many guesses as you like (no limit) but there's no way around it.

The main problem is both my Face ID doesn’t work while is active for my iCloud locked notes which I have forgotten my password.
If you have forgotten the password, you will be unable to access notes. As mentioned, you have unlimited guesses.
