Account Login Option Grayed Out - macOS Monterey

Hello:

I recently had to reinstall the entire macOS Monterey on my MB Pro. I do not want to have a password upon login. I went through all the steps that I saw online. Yes, I clicked the lock in the lower left to get into the way to change the option. Firevault is turned off and my iCloud password is not the password for my Mac.

Has one successfullly been able to get this working? I do not want to have to wipe my MB Pro again.

Thank you in advance!

JP
