My Series 7 Apple Watch has difficulties measuring my heart rate during Physical Strength Training. I have tight fitting Watch band, I verify that heart rate can be measured before exercise but after starting with exercise heart rate stops measuring
Check to see if you have workout power saving mode turned on,this turns off the heart monitor during workouts.
