My watch says too many passcodes attempts, reset Apple Watch and pair again, how must I do this

:) my entering pass code is not the problem.
Another user is trying to access my watch. Several people around, how do I stop this? My watch then locks and needs a complete reset. When traveling this is very inconvenient. Help please.

Nobody can access your watch unless they know either your apple id and or your watch passcode.
Yes, who ever is trying isn't successful, but they lock my watch.
